Fears … I’ve got them.
I’m afraid of failing and gaining the weight back that I have lost.
I’m afraid of succeeding and having to figure out how to live as a ‘normal’ size person.
I’m afraid of reaching my goal and having the crutch of “oh, it’s because of my size.”
I’m afraid of never feeling completely comfortable in my own body.
I’m afraid that something might happen to me when I reach goal.
Mostly, I am afraid of losing all the weight and still having the same problems I have now.
